Acer Unveils AI-Powered Wearables and Devices at Computex 2025

At Computex 2025 in Taiwan, Acer showcased a suite of its AI-driven wearables and devices designed to enhance user experience across various domains.

Acer’s new AI-powered wearables include the FreeSense Ring and AI TransBuds, showing the company’s move into smart health and real-time translation tools.

Acer is also showcasing its newest e-mobility products, like e-scooters, e-bikes, and other related accessories.

Acer FreeSense Ring

Acer introduced the FreeSense Ring, a sleek titanium smart ring equipped with 24/7 biometric health monitoring capabilities.

This ring tracks vital physiological metrics such as heart rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen levels, and sleep quality with features such as sleep stage analysis and continuous tracking.

The data points are analyzed through a companion mobile app, which generates personalized wellness insights and provides suggestions.

Users also have full access to all health data without additional subscription fees, making the FreeSense ring a practical and reliable daily wellness companion.

Acer AI TransBuds

Complementing the ring, Acer launched the AI TransBuds, advanced translation earbuds capable of real-time, bi-directional translation across 15 major languages spoken across Asia, the Americas, and Europe.

Notably, only one person needs to wear the earbuds for effective communication, making them ideal for travel and international collaboration.

The earbuds also support live captioning and transcription, helping users follow conversations in real time and review them later on.

Expansion into Smart Mobility

Extending AI integration beyond personal devices, Acer unveiled AI-enhanced e-scooters and e-bikes.

These include the Acer eScooter Series 4 Select, Series 5 Select, Predator ES Storm, and Predator ES Thunder, each equipped with 400 W to 500 W motors, adaptive brake and suspension systems.

These smart mobility solutions feature intelligent safety technologies and are controllable via dedicated apps, aiming to provide safer and more efficient urban transportation options.

Other AI-Integrated Computing Devices

Acer expanded its AI laptop lineup with models tailored for gamers and content creators.

The Predator Triton 14 AI and Helios Neo 14 AI laptops come equipped with OLED displays and NVIDIA RTX 5070 GPUs, delivering high-performance computing experiences.

For creators, the Swift X 14 and Swift 14 X AI laptops offer 3K OLED touchscreens and support for Copilot+, enhancing creative workflows.

Additionally, the Aspire AI, Swift Edge, and Swift Go series provide lightweight designs, extended battery life, and a range of processor options from Intel, AMD, and Snapdragon.
