At the Google I/O 2025 conference, Google introduced “Google AI Ultra,” a premium subscription plan priced at $249.99 per month.

The AI Ultra plan is designed for professionals such as filmmakers, developers, and researchers who require high-performance AI capabilities.

“Google AI Ultra,” a premium subscription plan provides users with access to Google’s most advanced AI models and tools, including Gemini 2.5 Pro Deep Think, Veo 3 for video generation, and the AI filmmaking tool Flow.

Google AI Ultra features include Deep Think for complex reasoning tasks, Flow for creating cinematic videos, and Project Mariner, an AI agent capable of automating web-based tasks.

It also can analyze large documents, break down complex information and even act as a creative collaborator across text and image-based prompts.

Google AI Ultra unlocks the highest limits, early model access, video generation at 1080p, and more advanced controls.
