Microsoft Unveils latest updates to Copilot AI for enterprise, personal users

Microsoft has unveiled the latest Microsoft 365 Copilot, an AI-powered assistant designed to revolutionize productivity across its suite of office applications.

Microsoft has launched a new feature called Copilot Pages for Microsoft 365 subscribers, accessible through the Work tab on Copilot, also known as BizChat.

The new Pages feature in Copilot Bizchat uses AI to pull insights from your work data and add them to an editable document that can be accessed by anyone with a shareable link and It can also browse the internet to gather additional useful information.

With this new version, Microsoft has implemented over 700 updates and added more than 150 new features to Copilot.

The main feature enhancement for Excel is the ability for generative AI to automatically compose code in Python directly in Excel and use that to automatically run sophisticated data analysis tasks, including forecasting and data visualization, for users.

Copilot for Outlook can analyze key emails, flagging them based on their content, and offering a summary to help save time.

Microsoft announced new Copilot integrations across its suite of applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneDrive.

Users can interact with Copilot using conversational prompts to generate content, analyze data, and automate tasks like summarize long email threads and draft responses, saving time on communication tasks.

It’s important to note that these new features are exclusively available to Microsoft 365 subscribers.
